last set so I get you’re probably tired, but optionally can be good to add a slight pause at the top of the movement

ya no problem. i'd recommend taking a look at the first 3 minutes of this video if you wanna keep training weighted calisthenics
tldr is just want to be in full control throughout the full range of motion, slight pause at top, and don't want scapula/shoulders to shrug up too much during pullups (want scapula more engaged/active hang)
its kinda hard for me to see for sure in your video w/your hair/shirt but it looks like you may want to consider that 3rd point a bit if your shoulders are shrugging up too much
