your shoulders look like theyre collapsing in the dips
which is probably why they are hurting
why are you doing dips in the first place
pullups look fine, you could depress your scapula more

Dips look absolutely fine to me xiii must be nitpicking, he always says the same thing (how ones shoulders are collapsing), even if they are for you which I don't really see it's just a strength issue and you would master it with time
