he needs to do lighter weights to work on his form. probably smarter to just use the bar to get basic mechanics down and then add weight

Would not recommend doing prs often at all, he seems to me as quite a beginner, so hitting prs this early has diminishing returns. Form will come naturally with proper weight. This was 130kg, so I'd recommend doing deadlifts 3x8 a week with 95kg and see if his form naturally improves within 6 weeks
