any tips on the kick up
always forget to breathe and don't have good glute activation during free HS
as for the kick up. I'd say work on preparing yourself before you kickup
that means, don't just rush into the kickup. Place your hands on the ground.
have wrists in line with shoulders
so like shoulders stacked ontop of wrists
and then kickup
it seems you just go straight into a kickup.
