during voting it is global
even if you changed server, there is no log of messages for you to load in... you have to be present to see messages
so it'd be a reset and any new messages you see would then begin to fill it again

I like keeping the chat from all the servers saved until I close WB or switch modes.

squad server Dungeon masters have the perms to do a chat clear, but it's for everyone and you need to have the password. My suggestion is about a client command that everyone can use that clear your chat

Yea, if it's optional and only for yourself that perfectly fine, I just don't want my chat cleared.
