Unfortunately this is the way it is. Rocky's store broke and he has been out of touch. We put in a replacement for the store but it does not have all the functionality that his had i.e. if you own only a portion of a pack it will charge you less then if you own none of the pack. There is no ETA when Rocky will return if at all. So for now this is the best we can do.
