The NA West server is laggy to the point of being unplayable. I got killed by my own grenade because it lagged behind me. Look at Bruno87's stream and you will see that it is basically a slideshow. It has been like this for about a week, and needs to be urgently fixed, because the devs are wasting money right now on a server that half works, and that isn't good for a game with an already small budget. It is laggy for many people to the point where I say just close down the server and not waste money til the problem gets fixed.

Follow the link Plague showed above. Then go down the troubleshooting guide for Lag. When you get to the end there should be instructions on WinMTR. Alternatively search the server for the term WinMTR and you should find instructions.
