I happened to be parachuting recently and I realized
I couldn't change weapons even though I was in the air above my teams spawn zone. I think we should be able to change weapons when we are in the air like that

My interpretation of the title was changing loadout in menu whilst you're parachuting but no change 3rd slot cuz it's the only slot u can access, but since u can't access other slots u should be able to edit those midair.

I don't have a problem with that option being made available, but I wouldn't use it and nobody else should because anybody decent will just kill them while they're parachuting down in a straight line.
...and if you're spawning back in your spawn zone and want to change weapons, why wouldn't you just spawn on the ground instantly, hide and do it there. There's no benefit to doing it in the air.

You really ought to at least be able to use grenades while parachuting. Yeah, the main weapons would be a bit ridiculous (sniper while parachuting? LOL), but you should be able to drop a grenade to clear your landing site.
