Steam will not open! When I click on the steam app the blue loading sign comes up then disappears quickly after and nothing happens. If I keep trying, the exact same thing happens. (This is not happening with other game apps). Please tell me how I can fix it?

My guess is you have a wb launcher running in the background. Try restarting your computer, or going into your task manager and ending the steam application and the wb application, then try reloading.
