We should have bet posts were someone places a bet in it and an amount of money (example: "If i dont get 30 kills i have to pay each of u 100 coins" and u can enter the bet, but if he does get 30 kills the betters on the opposite side have to each pay him 100 coins

I feel like the only way to make transferring coings work would be to make coings more available to the community and create some kind of a shop. With more things available for purchase, people would be more likely to buy these items as well as coings, but as was stated, it would be extremely easy to transfer coings. The only way I can see that not being a problem is to not allow people to use a market or coings transfer till a certain level, such as level 100. The issues now is that although we have a fair amount of things in WB, cosmetics wise, there still aren't enough really for a market. Items aren't really put into classes other than body, head, and item, and you cannot receive multiple of an item.
Besides, transferring coings by themselves has been a rejected suggestion in the past, not likely to change now

There is. I talked about it awhile back. You make have 2 different kinds of currency. 1 of which you earn from missions and is non tradable. The other you buy and you can trade.

any game that has the ability to trade that gets a community of people betting soon learn that a lot of people will not go through and pay up when they otherwise may have paid up if they lost
