yes on premium in pebblehost loader settings. however only certain arguments are allowed

most of aikar's flags are fine. Xmx and xms should not be edited

if you edit it it will break your server ram allocation and could potentially be violation of the tos

#

you can apply the rest of aikar's flags just leave out the xms and xmx
