terminated is pretty much always payment issue (unless you violated the tos)
however you would have to open a billing ticket
I did open a billing ticket but I think I put the wrong email so ill open a new one later.
I notice there is still a backup available. So basically, I would just request a new service and they can restore that backup?

So for restoring the backup, how can i attach that as part of the server billing request
you don't need to. just bua new server and go into the restore
Why is there two forge 1.20.1 options
There's no documentation on how either of these options are different, so I have selected one and bought my service and am now trying to restore my backup. Should this completely restore the previous state of my server from before it was cancelled? or is there any other steps I will have to take on my side or make a request about to completely restore my previous state?
