15gb. and heao clears pretty fast with my ram. I got 64gb ddr5 6000mhz ram(and it is overclocked to that much as well)

Maybe some or your mods isn't compatible together

Or one of your mods is doing too much I'll check in a second

its likely its an entitiyl or algorithm check for enitiy logic or it could be advancements or it could be chunks loaders.
