#How to host my website with cPanel
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
yes.
On the main page of your panel, you get an IP address
Use something like cloudflare to point your domain to that IP
pebble host or cPanel?
Then on cPanel, add the domain
My domain is already registered with cPanel. I just need to know where nameservers are?
Where did you buy your domain from
pebble host does not come with one no?
No, you put the domain you own there
You would need to actually buy that domain
I'd recommend buying one from namecheap
Then setup a cloudflare account, and connect your domain to cloudflare
Then point your domain to your web hosting and you can host
com
but If you had to choose?
I would choose com
Better SEO
xyz is more popular in terms of devs
Info isn't majorily used
xyz will be better for SEO than info
okay, just trying to go for the cheaper option
Well com is professional and is the most popular
xyz is also good for developers and is well recognized
So go for xyz
cant
So would I have to buy com then
No
Just open a billing ticket and they will make you a new web service
Do note all files and settings will be deleted
Brand new web serivce
okay. On the webpage or discord?
okay, thank you for your help.
nw
Make sure you connect your domain to cloudflare
IT will be safer for your website and you will get more features included with cloudflare
yeah, that is what I was trying to do originally lol
@forest breach
okay, its all changed, again thank you for your help, now I have to wait 24 hours for Cloudflare to verify my nameserver changes
it takes 5 mins
Cloudflare is now checking the nameservers for unibeam24-----. Please wait a few hours for an update.
oh fair enough then
did u set the nameservers on namecheap
I used a company called cybrancee
yeah
the 55.XXX one right?
whaetver u have yes
okay
They will just email me right?
what?

idk
okay.
