Discord bot won't connect or work in a voice channel

I use a Discord Hosting Bot server to play music in voice chat rooms.
Everything has been fine for two years, except that for the past few months, the bots don't always connect to the rooms, or sometimes they connect but can't play music.
Changing the voice region of the room often works, but not always...
NitrogenTrioxide suggested I post here and include the logs, but I'm not sure exactly what to include... What's in the console?

have u been updating the bot in the past two years? what library are you using
