hello i purchased a dedicated minecraft server for a slightly modified integrated minecraft modpack and i keep getting "connection refused: getsockpt" whenever i try to join it. any idea why?

mc servers aren't dedicated by the way
for your error, you should send logs with mcpaste

no it has clearly crashed
if you are not sure how to use custom modpacks, i do not recommend you edit existing modpacks, as you have problems as seen here
mostly with client side modes it seems
