No recipe for duplicating smithing template

Can't duplicate netherite upgrade smithing template, 1.20.1 forge, don't know what mod is causing it. Would appreciate any help.

Note: This and the adamantite smithing template (Enlightened) are the only ones that I can't duplicate.

Those mods related mostly to crafting
check them, try delete 1 by 1 from the 4 mods, make sure to backup your files
