adding mods

trying to add a modpack that isnt on the preinstall list the modpack is called Better Adventures+ I got it to work using the server zip of the mod but its older and doesnt have all the mods everytime we try and do it we get a connection issue when trying to join the server

Hello, been working with modding my server for a while now.
For the mods you want to use (aka, the modpack) just copy the mods from your (curseforge or whatever mod launcher you're using) mods folder from your computer and move it into the servers mods folder, it'll take a bit depending on how many there are but as long as all users are using the same modpack there shouldn't be any connection errors :3

Also, make sure the forge (or any of the other things like quilt or paper) are of the same version (ex. 1.20.2) if it's not, you can preinstall it or download it from the website :3

that exactly how i went about it but kept getting the error code that i had forge downloaded the wrong way and i think i really messed something up because now i cant even use the preinstalls its giving me the same error code ive tried manually adding forge and reseting the entire server and deleting all the files but nothing is working

I see, I would definitely create a ticket for this one then. Explain everything youve done and theyll help you figure out any different ways to fix it ^^
