whenever i try to join a friend's server i get this message and we cant quite figure out what may be causing it to appear , we're playing on a modded server on 1.19.2

i tried looking onlinea bit and i read that a mod called ''survival plus'' could be causing an issue like this but i dont think we have a mod like that in our modpack so we're a bit confused and stuff ,
