I tried registering using this site: https://panel.pebblehost.com/site/register, but it sends me automatically to login and when i try using this link: https://billing.pebblehost.com/register.php, i cant login

you need to register at the billing panel, then you get a panel login when you buy a server

basically they have seperate logins, so you'll need to make an account here to buy a server https://billing.pebblehost.com/register.php
