I connected my domain to typlexnet for my website, but now, I want to connect it to my server with typlexnet but it isn't letting me because I have typlexnet connected to my nameless website already.

there is a . in between typlex and net

but anyway I want to connect typlexnet to both website and server without using a subdomain for my server, how?

So you'd rename that CNAME to something like mc and then create an SRV record pointing to it

I think so

CNAME mc.typlex.net -> pebble
SRV @ -> mc.typelex.net:25565
A www -> 51.89.244.99
A @ -> 51.89.244.99

which should make typelex.net work both in Minecraft and the browser

Because the SRV record applies only to Minecraft.
If you didn't have a website (or the website was at the same IP), you wouldn't need it.

It allows the same name to go to 2 different places depending on what service is asking
