Looks like it might be that you have moved over maybe your mods folder but not your plugins/datapacks? Or something similar to that. Perhaps put one of them in a different spot relative to the mc server jar on your previous setup

from error outputs like this, we can see some jar files are not able to access some of their config info

do you happen to have access to a backup or perhaps even the old system?

it looks like the data packs are the ones having trouble.
You can check that it is runnning in terminal first, with
/datapack list enabled
that should output a list of all your datapacks
