Each time I've started the server, it gets stuck on the loading and it's the same percent, got that fixed, now it comes up with this:
It works fine, stays still for a while, someone goes to join to see what happens, and it crashes. We don't touch it, and it stays with nothing happening. Any clue as to what's goin on? I've checked the mods, they're all fine, I went through it and it keeps saying certain chunks aren't loading?

Update I've fixed that issue, but it now crashes with "Encountered an unexpected exception" every time someone joins, even after restart

last time it happened, I had to remove the mods and restart it, which I think caused the nether & end not generating

Bewitchment and it's addons, farmer's delight, handcrafted, a flower breeding mod, oh the biomes you'll go + the macaws fences for it, waystones, and travelers backpack, plus obviously all the required mods

On a previous server a couple months ago I used all these mods without issue, only difference is the Macaws Fences are here
