MC server crashes every few hours

I have a minecraft server that has 6 Threads and 16GB of RAM allocated, that runs on a larger modpack (290 mods, though many are only for optimization or visual effects in game). Everything functions normally, but every few hours it just randomly crashes, and doesn't provide a crash report or a way to look into the cause. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this, if it'd need more RAM/threads, or if there are any mods known for causing issues with the server. I can provide the modpack or other details if need be, thanks

The only crash mods I can find are from when I was editing mods on my server. Since then, those crash issues have been resolved, but now my server randomly turns off and there is no crash log that goes with it.

And the latest crash was a while back and I cannot go that far back to locate it
