Help with whitelisting and plugins

1. So whitelist is enabled on my pebble server however I am unsure where to add the players names to whitelist as currently i am locked out of my own server.

2. Wanting to add 3 plugins. Coreprotect, tree feller and a vanish plugin. Dragged files into the plugin file in files manager, but seems not to be working.

Any help greatly appreciated.

2. You need to restart the server after adding the files.

and should i drop plugin files into the 'bStats' folfer or directly into plugins?

I don't know that plugin, but you can check the console for errors.

But the actual plugin just isn’t showing as in the server

Just need to add this and set up luck perms which I’m struggling with
