Uploaded a custom minecraft map for my friends and I to play. We keep spawning in survival mode and the spawnpoints are random. Is there a way to fix this? The map works on single player and the problem also happens on other minecraft maps.

Go to server.properties and set the gamemode to adventure, if you have any plugins they may also interfere
