are you running modded, etc

if its not modded its the book ban 'hack' best way to get around it in a modded environment is a mod like xl packets

you are going over your packet limit

#

the server is trying to send you to much information

#

generally this is when you have to much stuff in your inventory like a book that has to much stuff typed in it or you have nested inventories like shulkers in backpacks in shulkers
