Some developers chose to make commands deploy each time a bot starts, some do it in a seperate deploy file, could you show all the files you have?

No, you run that when you add new commands only, so you don't send too many requests to Discord while developing

You can create a command that will update your commands, instead of restarting the bot, you can do /reload commands or something like that, also you only need to deploy commands if you update their name or description, not their function

Like I said, to deploy just do node deploy

That's fine, there probably just isn't any logging in the code, however if it doesn't give errors, it works

If you can't hire a reliable developer, I suggest you learn to make the bots your self as it will be painful doing it this way
