my world got reset when changed from paper to mohist how can i use the same world... i have the backup

Not too sure how mohist works, but do you have logs of when the world loads?

world
world_nether
world_the_end

Vanilla/forge/fabric is
world

Idk what mohist does but i assume its the latter and you gotta rename the folder and put them inside
