Il try find it myself but it will take a bit as I'm on a long car drive through middle knowwhere Australia so not good connection

The only level of built in anticheat is built in by Mojang into the Minecraft server. If you go to file manager > server.properties, in there you can change allow-flight to true, this will stop the built in fly detection
