I tried to edit a mods helmet armor values, from 0.9 to 0.7 and it doesnt work now, i reuploaded it the same way I did before but this one mod doesnt want to work after changing anything and reuploading, I did it several times checking from the original working mod and it just doesnt work, doesnt work meaning it doesnt want to spawn

yo, I tried to edit a mods helmet armor values, lets say from 0.9 to 0.7 then I saved it and reuploaded it back with the same directory before that worked and now it doesnt work, whenever I try to spawn anything related to the mod It doesnt spawn

I didnt change anything else I only changed the values I did this many times before without a problem on a another mod but now it doesnt want to work
I am assuming you created a similar .dat file with similar folder structure as a mod with just tweaked values, or that you tweaked the .dat file and uploaded it as is straight from that directory.
Is better to do the first option, and within the .dat file itself add both lines of
Bypass_ID_Limit
and
Bypass_Hash_Verification
This way you can have that modded file, when in use, bypass the original file's values. (Both guid and id being the same as original)

This makes whatever you made a new item that can be separate from the original.
Have you checked that there isn't conflicts with ID or uid?
The original mod works well nothing is conflicting, the second I changed the armor values and reuploaded it as a completely new mod and uninstalled the previous one completely even had my friend test it who only installed the new version with the new armor values it didnt work, nothing was spawning
Well the thing is I think from what you said Is you are trying to tell me that its conflicting but, like 2 weeks ago I also changed armor values of a mod and I had to upload it as a new mod because I couldnt update the previous one because of a cooldown or something, the point is I did the same exact thing 2 weeks ago and it worked

My friend never had downloaded the original and still the new one didnt work
I did like 3 times after every start up and nothing showed
Could it be that changing armor values would break scripts? that are tied to the lets say 0.9 value?

are you using unit3d file or master bundle ?
did you change any file name or anything ?

can you try doing it with a unity3d file to see if it work ? (just so we know if it come from the bundeling or the .dat)
