Do these control how long it takes for stuff that you drop when you die to despawn? And what number should I change these to for it to take a while for them to despawn instead of quickly despawning?

When I changed that value to 1,000,000 it didn’t change anything
When I die my stuff respawns too quickly
Like in less than 10 minutes
Less than 5 probably
