As far as I remember, he told me that he tried reinstalling the game, verifying game files, changing Regedit

restarting PC/steam could maybe sometimes help with this

I've tried to research this topic. Some people say ignore it and keep joining and so on but it doesn't always help lol

I still think that this is not a network error if it is constant for him. I would try deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Userid\304930 and entire folder but backup it before doing that, idk if it can help tho but why not to try

I reinstalled Steam, the game, changed the regedit, searched the internet, but found nothing useful.
