It always helps. Are you sure that you reinstalled windows correctly?
The best way is to reinstall with an option of fully deleting all files. It also depends on Spoofer type. Sometimes it won't help just to reinstall windows from Settings parameter. In that case you have to reinstall it from Bootable USB.
