And your error says that this shader is not supported on this gpu, if you host your server on your PC then it means your gpu can’t handle this, if on some kind of hosting, means hosting’s gpu can’t support that

It's best to not give false information if you do not know exactly what the log says. People see that and get worried thinking it's a big issue while it's nothing and it can be ignored.
