In geforce now we can't acces anything else then steam.
So there is no way of deleting any files.

If you play on Geforce Now, you can't access the windows or main files, regarding the steam game, it doesn't let me either, I tried it on both

Hm yeah sorry Im out of Ideas, I think you should submit a request through the official support website about your issue. Please include that you've verified your steam files integrity multiple times as well as reinstalling the game
