^^ make a permission group then add the permission group to the player with:

/p add playersname permissiongroupname

or anything about whenever you die you dont lose skills?

preventing skill loss can be done in the config, there's an included /home option in default LDM

by default on easy you don't lose skill levels

yeah that dosent work i have mine on easy still losing skill level and the /home option only goes for admins (i use pinehosting)\

in general a lot of plugins can be found online by just searching "thing you want to do plugin unturned"
