Mods not Working

Hello i have been trying to get mods to work on my server but it ends up not working i have put them in the right places but they wont work no matter what i do if someone could dm me at "thetruecandian" (this is a alt) it would be great

I suspect you are not using the WorkshopDownloadConfig.json. Because it sure sounds like you are manually installing the files.

It should be in the file_Ids not ignore_children

Move it up and see if it works
