If none is available to the public then you have to make one or have one made for you but that will cost you more

I used to host dedi servers in the past but have never messed about with plug-ins

Well you download it
Add stuff like uconomy.dll to plugins folder in Rocket folder
And libraries to Liblaries folder in Rocket folder
Also that does not have an UI
