Well to add possibility for everybody to use tpa you need to add the permissios from here

You add them to the default group

Same waybas those other permissions have been added.

You don't need to restart the server

i did /setwarp safezone and it shows up in the /warps list and i gave guests access to /warp, but it says the don't have access to warp safezone

Change the essentials.command.warp.safezone to essentials.warp.safezone

You can use uessentials or just Warps plugin

i don't think it works because when i put the dll file in plugin folder the commands didn't register
