i made a lan server but later i forgot about it and turned off my pc without closing it properly, now the server starts loading and closes halfway through the process, how do i fix this?

Reinstall the server
you can also try verifying the server files to see if that fixes it
chances are something broke/corrupted/etc. that causes the crash, it's really quite hard to say for sure without more context and logs
