file blocks should just mean that they make the given file not work, so I'd say the chances are low - if you were going to get banned for it I'd imagine that'd already have happened

I don't believe BE scans everything each time, so it makes sense that not everything is instantly detected especially if it doesn't directly interact with game files themselves
