do i just need to create a new folder in the U3DS/Servers/ folder?
how can i choose which one to start?

Well you start the server you currently have by writing stuff and then +internetserver/something
Well just have it be
+internetserver/something2
lavish hatch
actually i start my current server just by opening the unturned executable is U3DS
