I've been trying to fix an issue for the past few days wherein I can do a command like /warps and it displays all the warps, but i cannot do the secondary command, such as /warp base. This applies to all commands and plugins, except /tp. Also reverts permissions file to vanilla, so no players have their correct roles including staff. Here are the errors.

Still cannot figure out this, but I fixed some of the plugins. /warps, /tpa and join messages still don't work
