No custom assets extracted maybe?
have you imported unitypackages?

i had the same problem when i was changing version in my main project where alredy been unity packeges and after changing versions, ive couldnt use bundle tool
do u have same problem?
if u change it back to the first one from which u start project, it doesnt help anyway
for me the only one move that help me was reinstalling project and addint custom unturned assets again
maybe there is more solutions to fix it, but i know only this

Update to this issue: We managed to make the building show in the editor, but nothing happens when trying to place it in the editor.
It could be that the asset is being read but the prefabs are not.
Did you add the required lines for .unity3d files?
