what do you mean look better?
you can try rotating and moving "Icon" in unity to make it have more depth
well the game uses an ortographic camera and flat lighting so things dont always look good if they are 1 color
you can take a base color, add a few darker shades of it to the palette and work with that to bring out details in your model
as far as changing the icon size, you can start by removing "size_z" from your dat because you dont need it if you have your unity set up right
and in unity, just align the icon to face your model however you see fit and make sure the item prefab and icon gameobject are all scaled to 1, not more, not less

sorry to bother you again, also thank you for making my icon a lot better, but do you know how to add placement sound to a barricade, I tried putting PlacementAudioClip Sounds/WoodenPlacement.mp3 in the .dat file but it did not do anything
you have to put from what masterbundle you take sound

unless you are using sounds from the same masterbundle that your item is in cause i nthat case you can just have the sound itself in the dat

also zoli, how do you make your color palettes for uv mapping? rn im using paint 3d and it is just not doin it for me

i use photoshop and i place this 2nd one over my base color with a specific blend mode
