Because the way you said the plugin name makes me think that you got a folder called that in the plugins folder and not a .dll so just the source code for it

ok, he fixed my tpa issue, now i just need to know what you said was the problem. today morning i added a entire folder from a home plugin and it worked and when i tried 5 mins ago it didnt (i deleted the folder from the plugins now) so i hope you can teach me
the plugin files have to have .dll behind them for them to work?

Yes like the teleportation plugin it says teleportation.dll
The folders that have a -master at the end of it or something like that are just source codes
Most plugins if you get them from github have a page called "releases" there you have a .dll file of the plugin
