My server has this problem

As seen in the video, the server constantly spams this message. Then, it kicks everyone out of the server within 1 minute. How can we solve it?

its either that you are spamming it too hard (harvesting too many crops too fast) or you have a faulty plugin

Make sure the plugin or modifications were correctly installed, and do not put broken plugins or modifications within the server. @old dagger
