That link is to the official documentation for Unturned. Any video on making an Unturned server that involves downloading some .zip or package of any idea is not safe.

Reading that guide is the most straightfoward way to make a server. I'm quite surprised by your refusal to read the guide as a lot of people I know prefer reading rather than a video, but I guess learning styles are different.
