re-install openmod, make sure you download the right version, also make sure all files are in your dedicated server folder

If you'd like to read through that error and provide a better solution feel free. Because attempting to be a smart ass provides no benefit to this thread. The error is clearly caused by OpenMod and most likely because he's not installed it correctly so uninstalling it will fix it
